Orpheus heading to the Emerald Isle

It's been over 5 years since the Orpheus last performed in Ireland but in September it will be making another journey across the water. Two performances during the short tour will see a first ever visit to County Kerry and a welcome return to Macroom.

The Choir will be at St Brendan's Church in Tralee on Friday 13 September before moving on to County Cork on Sunday 15 September and an evening concert in St Colman's Church, Macroom.

Our guest soloist at both concerts will be young Welsh soprano Manon Ogwen Parry, who sang with the Choir at a recent concert in Bromsgrove. Manon is just about to start her second year at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
