Gallery ThumbnailThe Choir's 2016 Annual Gala Concert was held in the new Great Hall of Swansea University's Bay Campus, which houses a model D Steinway piano and a three manual Viscount, organ. The Annual was the first major concert at the Great Hall. Joy Amman Davies was Music Director, Llyr Simon and Ieuan Jones, co-accompanists, Les Ryan, organist. Guest soloists were 'The Three Welsh Tenors' - Rhys Meirion, Aled Hall and Aled Wyn Davies - their accompanist was Carodog Williams

All Saints Oystermouth Swansea - 2nd June 2012 - 14 Images
Gallery ThumbnailThe Choir was joined by the All Saints Youth Choir - The Ariosa Singers and opera soprano Natalya Romaniw for a gala concert that marked the Diamond Jubilee of HM The Queen, 2012. Every seat was taken in the Church and the profits were donated towards its £1 million restoration appeal.

Soloists were Iona Jones, soprano; Adriano Graziani, tenor. Accompanists were Jo Scullin, piano and Leslie Ryan, organ. Master of Ceremonies was Geraint Hopkins. Geneva October 2008 Concert for ECLAT - 19 Images

CERN October 2008 - 18 Images
Gallery ThumbnailImages from the Control Centre of the Large Hadron Collider experiment at CERN on the French/Swiss border. The Orpheus was given a personal invitation to attend and sing by Project Director Dr. Lyn Evans. Rhodri Morgan, First Minister of the Welsh Assembly Government and a Vice-President of the Choir attended. Both were also present the previous evening at a concert for ECLAT in the BFM Concert Hall in Geneva where the Choir sang to over 1,000 people.

Gallery ThumbnailThe 32nd annual Young Welsh Singer of the Year Competition was staged by the Morriston Orpheus Choir Supporters' Association at Swansea's première concert venue - the Brangwyn Hall in September 2008. The adjudicators were Julian Smith, Andrew Rees and Della Jones. The four finalists were Elin Flur Pritchard, Gwawr Edwards, Llio Eleri Evans and Gary Griffiths. The winner was Gary Griffiths.
